I had this mole on my face that I first noticed about 6yrs ago… It was getting bigger and bigger every year. I could see it in all my pictures. I was really nervous starting the journey with my 3-week-old getting an ear well to help get his cartilage to form in the upright position as it does normally. He was 5 weeks early and his ear just wasn’t formed correctly. However, I was quickly put at ease as the doctor and nurses answered all my questions and erased all fear. Now 3 months later my son has a normal ear, and I am so grateful to this team. They have been great with him and made him feel safe! This is a great team!
Went in for a VA disability evaluation. Mollie Sylvester was attentive and pleasant. Talked me through each part of the test and explained what each test was testing for. Mollie listened to my issues and concerns about my hearing loss, she was also very appreciative of my military service. That was the most thorough hearing test I have ever taken. I would definitely recommend this firm to any of my fellow combat veterans with hearing issues.
