Went in for a VA disability evaluation. Mollie Sylvester was attentive and pleasant. Talked me through each part of the test and explained what each test was testing for. Mollie listened to my issues and concerns about my hearing loss, she was also very appreciative of my military service. That was the most thorough hearing test I have ever taken. I cannot recommend Dr. Joseph enough! I had been wanting a certain procedure done my entire life, and when I finally decided to do it. I researched doctors to death, even looking outside of LA. After speaking to many people who had experience with him and getting enough recommendations for him when asking about the procedure, I knew Dr. Joseph was the right choice. His whole staff is amazing, and the entire process from start to finish was smooth and well-communicated throughout. From the very first consultation, he knew exactly what needed to be done, and communicated everything so clearly to me. He even saw me on a Saturday! Any time I had a question outside of scheduled office visits, I called the office and one of the nurses always called me back quickly to discuss anything I needed to. This experience could not have been easier for me. My results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier. I would do it over again in a heartbeat.
